So, I'm in the middle of moving from Salt Lake to Las Vegas. Right now I'm working on packing up the office. While packing up on of my bookshelves I had to laugh. There in my hands was a 3.5 inch floppy disk. What was so funny you ask? Not one of the laptops I have today will take a 3.5 inch floppy.
Hope there wasn't anything important on it!

Sure they will. $15 gets you a usb floppy. I've found it money well spent for sneakernet when there are "insufficient home network" issues, not to mention when all the thumb drives are gone or I actually want to get something off an old floppy. I'm thinking of getting a 5.25 floppy so I can throw old copies of O5 and slackware at people. :-p
What I find more sad is I have 9 computers (after I just recycled two) and none can run Portal 2 for my kid. Stupid Moore's Law...
